The customer's needs 

4m Group started working for the customer 6 years ago. After a first test with a delicate renovation project, our teams convinced the customer thanks to the quality of our products and service. Since then we have worked on all the maintenance projects.

Several years ago, the client launched an ambitious pilot plant project in Braine-l’Alleud designed to bridge the gap between biological on-site research and the large-scale production of drugs.
 

The constraints 

The constraints of this project were numerous.

First in terms of surface area; although a pilot plant, the new unit covered 5,100 m2 (including 800 m2 of laboratories and equipment). The biotechnological systems, facilities and processes had to meet the most stringent standards of quality. Finally, all the flooring had to be done in record time.
