Staff security is a central concern for all the companies belonging to the 4m Group. The safety of our sites and the people who work there is an integral part of the high-quality service we intend to provide, compliant to the safety procedures of our customers. This is why the group is pursuing a prevention policy and has implemented a safety management system for the past 10 years.
We are VCA certified (Veiligheids Checklist Aannemers, Safety Checklist Contractors in English) since 2003. VCA is a checklist for safety, health and environment. This European management system imposes a series of conditions that the company must meet to obtain certification in health, safety and environment. Safety in the workplace is becoming a priority for everyone. Obtaining VCA certification is a seal of quality and reliability for any company.
We regularly train our flooring applicators in product handling techniques and procedures for the manufacture and application of our resin flooring. This is one of the important aspects of our health and safety policy.
