Since our main objective is to offer the best service to our customers, the quality managers of 4m Group regularly carry out quality checks on the worksites to evaluate our teams' performance. In addition to the regular contact they have with our site managers, customers are also invited to respond to surveys so that we can measure their level of satisfaction.
